Cupr at a glance
Cupr is designed around a simple idea: coffee should be able to fit into the journey someone is already making. Customers would discover approved nearby makers who are available, choose from the maker’s menu, order ahead and collect as they pass.
Makers would control their own menus, prices, availability and order capacity. Coffee is the initial focus; suitable cakes, pastries and snacks could be added as the service develops.

One sentence
Cupr is a pre-launch local marketplace designed to help people order coffee from approved nearby makers and collect it along journeys they are already taking.
Short description
Cupr helps people discover approved local coffee makers near the journey they are already taking. Customers choose a drink, order ahead and collect with minimal additional travel. Makers control their own menus, prices, availability and capacity. Cupr is beginning with a focused pre-launch concept in Poole.
Company overview
Cupr is a pre-launch local marketplace concept built around “coffee between places”. It is designed for occasions when someone wants a prepared drink but a conventional café would add an inconvenient stop or unpredictable queue. Through Cupr, customers would see approved nearby makers who are currently available, review their menu, price, collection information, hygiene details and allergens, then order ahead and collect as they pass. Makers would control their own prices, menus, operating windows and capacity. Cupr does not rely on a delivery fleet; the intended experience is collection along an existing journey. The proposed first market is a concentrated pilot in Poole, Dorset, designed to test reliable local supply, repeat paid use, customer trust and sustainable transaction economics before wider expansion. Coffee is the launch category, with the potential for suitable makers to add cakes, pastries and snacks as the platform develops.
“Coffee does not always need to be somewhere you travel to. Cupr is about fitting a good local coffee into the journey you are already making.” Peter Hart, founder of Cupr
