Privacy notice

Simple data use for a pre-launch idea.

This notice explains how Cupr uses information submitted through its early-access and maker-interest forms.

Last reviewed: 4 September 2026. Cupr is currently a pre-launch project rather than an operating marketplace.

What we collect

For customer early access, we collect the email address you provide. For maker interest, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your town or area. We also record the time and form type so we can distinguish customer and maker interest.

Why we use it

We use this information to measure genuine interest in Cupr, identify possible pilot locations and contact you with relevant pre-launch or pilot updates. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives it

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, the service currently used to deliver entries to Cupr. We do not sell waitlist information. We may use service providers where necessary to operate the forms and email communications, subject to appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep interest information while Cupr is being validated and while it remains useful for the purpose described above. We will delete it when it is no longer needed, or earlier if you ask us to do so, subject to any legal requirement to retain particular records.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. You may also ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to its use, restrict processing or withdraw consent.
